DEVELOPERS of the Lyford Hills development have reduced their real estate lot prices for the new 100-acre community, which is coming together opposite Old Fort Bay, and plan to showcase these at an Open House tomorrow Saturday 6th November from 10am to 5pm.
Tennyson Wells, principal developer of Lyford Hills said,"I think Bahamians should own the country...and should have the major portion of the land. This is an upscale community designed for young professionals, and it is unlike any other on this island. It's hilly, breathtaking and beautiful.
"We kept in the indigenous trees, and the roads have been designed to follow the contours of the land. We are encouraging persons to buy now while the prices are affordable because we just think it's going to be a top-of-the-line gated community; among the best. We invite persons to come and see for themselves this Saturday what they will be investing in."
Development of Lyford Hills started last April, and the developers are in the final stages of completing Phase I.
Mr Wells and his team have spearheaded other community developments in the past, including Yuma Estates off West Bay Street, South Seas off Carmichael Road, Sea Well Manor off Gladstone Road and Lexington Estates off Malcolm Road.
Both First Caribbean and FINCO will be on hand during the Lyford Hills open house as potential mortgage financing providers.
