Charlotteville, Turnberry and The Townhomes at Turnberry are the three communities in one that have The Bahamas talking.

This development is located on the Western end of New Providence Island not far from the Lyford Cay Shopping Centre, next to Old Fort Bay and features 24 hour security, Club House with swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, and underground utilities.

The Townhomes at Turnberry

The Townhomes at Turnberrry are situated within the gated community of Charlotteville, Nassau Bahamas. There are a total of 40 buildings comprising 80 units. The homes are set around lush gardens, tennis courts, swimming pools and walking trails, with ample open space.

There are two townhome models within this luxurious Bahamas community that you customize. The first is the 'Yellow Elder' model which offers 2-bed, 2.5 baths. The second model is called 'Bougainvilla' which offers 3-bed, 3.5 baths. Both townhome models, consisting of 2,000 square feet, were named after local Bahamian flowers.

The Townhouses at Turnberry are designed to bring a sense of belonging, and with it, pride in an accomplishment of building an environmentally friendly and sustainable community.

Only the highest quality materials are used during the building process. The concrete and steel structures are fitted with impact resistant windows, which not only offer security, but give peace of mind that the buildings will provide a safe haven during a hurricane.

Community Overview

The combined communities of Charlotteville and Turnberry will have the use and enjoyment of 4 tennis courts, 2 large pools, walking paths, children’s play areas and miles of road to run and roller blade on. There is a community centre for meetings and social events, and a state of the art security center that allows easy and safe vehicle access with bar code reading systems.

When completed, the communities of Charlotteville and Turnberry will total over 330 homes, encompassing over 70 acres of land. The common areas will cover in excess of 6 acres with over 4 million dollars in capital improvements.
