This quaint old Bahamian style wooden home was originally built on the island of Man-O-War and moved in pieces to Hope Town in the early 1900's. It was totally renovated and upgraded in the 90's and has a good rental history.
The kitchen and two bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor. A small bedroom with bunk beds and a spacious living room area is located on the second floor with access to the middle deck.
The home has 2 decks, one is set up for out door dining with views of the lighthouse and harbour. A Sun deck is perched above the house with panoramic views of Hope Town harbour and out to the Abaco Sea, a good place for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the activity in the harbour.
Public dock access is steps away in the harbour. The Atlantic Ocean beach, with good swimming and snorkeling, is a mere 5 min walk down Lovers Lane and over the dune. Being in town gives a sense of belonging to the community, and close to all amenities.
